My business was established in 2021 because the non-profits and small businesses I was working with told me to stop giving my time away for free. After 15 years running a small business for someone else, and another 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies, I felt I was never getting ahead while I was watching others succeed. My colleagues will tell you what I value most is respect, and with that, I started my business and brought some of the top talent from the organizations I had spent so many hours working for with me. They joined me because they knew my number one goal is fairness, fairness for my clients, fairness to my employees, and fairness to our families. We work hard because we VAULE what we do and who we do it with.
